We don't charge per user, per filing, or per HTS code. You pay based on the volume of merchandise moving through your zone — so pricing scales with the savings.
For single-site operators just standing up an FTZ or running one DC under $100M in annual import value.
For multi-site retailers and manufacturers with $100M–$500M in annual imports and 2–5 zones.
For Fortune 1000 importers, 3PL operators with magnet sites, and any zone over $500M.
The average Mamora customer sees a return of 15x to 40x on the platform fee in year one. That's not a sales claim — it's how we underwrite. If the projected savings don't clear that bar, we'll tell you on the first call and recommend you stay with what you have.
You'll see the math during our first conversation — built off your actual import volume, duty rate, and inventory turns. We don't ask you to sign anything until you can see the model.
Because two operators with the same import volume can have very different complexity (single methodology vs multi, one ERP vs five, one zone vs network of magnet sites). Posting a flat number would either overcharge half our customers or anchor the rest in the wrong direction. We give you a real, fixed quote within 48 hours of the first call.
No. Every tier is unlimited users and unlimited filings. The constraints are import value and number of active zones. We refuse to build a pricing model that punishes you for using the product.
Yes — typically $45k–$120k depending on tier, number of zones, ERP connectors, and historical data migration. It's a one-time charge. We won't quote you implementation work that we can't deliver in the stated timeline.
Not for the live platform, since it would require connecting to your ERP and ACE. But we will run a no-cost workflow on a sample of your data during the evaluation period — and we ship a free savings model regardless of whether you become a customer.
Annual contracts. 60-day notice for non-renewal. We've never sued a customer for breach and we don't pretend to be a SaaS company that does. If it isn't working, we'd rather know early and refund pro-rata than chase a contract.
Yes, after a first call. Most of our customers are publicly listed retailers and manufacturers, and they're generally happy to take a 30-minute call with a serious evaluator under a mutual NDA.
